Kate has a PhD in Leadership and more than 20 years experience as a change consultant. She has consolidated her academic and practical knowledge to coach leaders and aspiring leaders to improve their energy, focus and outcomes.
Kate is a graduate in Psychology and has two post-graduate diplomas in related fields (educational psychology and organisational communication). She has completed a PhD in Psychology. Her PhD topic was leadership in local government and she used a socio-analytic approach to uncover the complexities of the leadership dynamic, investigating also the impact of public sector reform of the 1990s on the current operation of local government. She is a qualified Higher Education lecturer.
In 2013 and again in 2014 Kate was shortlisted for the National Leadership Award at the 2015 Australian Training Awards.
